Treatment Orientation:

Presenting issues are typically addressed using an integrated approach to counselling and psychotherapy, which allows for a treatment formulation that matches the unique complexity of each client and their circumstances.  In some cases this may involve a dedicated implementation of one of the empirically founded therapeutic models outlined below.  In other cases it is more useful and effective to implement features drawn from several of those models, as well as the broader knowledge of psychological processes relevant to the concern.
